As autumn deepens and the days grow shorter, gather by the ocean to slow down, soften, and reconnect. October brings a shift inward — a time to reflect, release what no longer serves, and tend to the inner light as nature prepares for rest.
We’ll begin with intention setting and gentle movement to ground the body, followed by a guided meditation and immersive sound bath to soothe the nervous system and nourish the spirit. As night falls, we’ll circle around the fire for s’mores, sharing, and heartfelt conversation — letting the crackle of the flames remind us of warmth, community, and continuity through the turning seasons.
Bring something soft to sit or lie on, layers to stay warm, and an open heart. You’ll leave feeling centered, renewed, and attuned to the quiet magic of this season.
