We’ll begin with intention setting and gentle movement to ground the body, followed by a guided meditation and immersive sound bath to soothe the nervous system and nourish the spirit. As night falls, we’ll circle around the fire for s’mores, sharing, and heartfelt conversation — letting the crackle of the flames remind us of warmth, community, and continuity through the turning seasons.
