Gather by the ocean for an evening of connection, relaxation, and renewal as we honor the turning of the seasons. With the Fall Equinox just days away, this is a powerful moment to pause, release, and welcome balance as day and night come into harmony.
We’ll begin with intention setting and gentle movement to open the body, followed by a guided meditation and immersive sound bath to restore peace and clarity. As twilight arrives, we’ll circle at the bonfire for s’mores, sharing, and heartfelt connection — watching the sunset together as a symbol of transition and new beginnings.
